Garden Court Hotel, Aylesbury, Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire)

The hotel had a run-down feel but was clean. The rooms didn't get above 18 degrees on the bottom floor, and the size was small with thin walls that made it easy to hear conversations. The location was pretty good near the lake, although it was 10 minutes from my client. The dining experience, although of good quality, was considered overpriced compared to others nearby. Service lacked a first aid kit and responsiveness at the reception, but the staff recommended a nice nearby pub.

The hotel offers basic but clean rooms with tea making facilities, TV, WiFi access with good connection speed, AC unit, and extra pillows. While the rooms are comfortable, they could use a makeover. The service was very polite, staff were always helpful and supportive, and the hotel provided access to a pool and gym. The location, although out of town, is excellent with its own parking. The dining experience was not great, with limited and overpriced options. Facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
